About Me
A quick introduction to who I am and how I work.
I'm a software engineering graduate and full stack software engineer based in Lahore, Pakistan, focused on building web applications that are as maintainable as they are polished. I care about the details most users never consciously notice — load times, transitions, and the small affordances that make an interface feel trustworthy.
My work spans the full stack: designing database schemas and building NestJS and Node.js APIs on the backend, building accessible, animated React interfaces on the front, and integrating LLMs into products where they genuinely earn their place. I enjoy taking a product from a rough idea to a shipped, production-ready experience.
Outside of client and academic work, I contribute to personal open-source projects and continually rebuild parts of my own toolkit to keep up with how the ecosystem evolves.

Building and shipping full stack applications powered by LLMs — designing NestJS services on the backend, developing product features on the front, wiring in language models where they add real value, and owning the containerization and delivery pipeline that gets it all to production.
- Designed and built scalable REST APIs with NestJS, applying modular architecture, dependency injection, and DTO-level request validation

Employee engagement and performance platform at Folio3
A company-wide web platform used across Folio3 to run recurring employee check-ins, feedback, and performance cycles. I worked on the product's feature development and API layer, building interfaces and services that stay responsive as usage scales across the organisation.
HR Automation
NestJS service automating the employee lifecycle end to end
An internal HR platform that replaces manual spreadsheet workflows — onboarding, leave and attendance, approval chains, and document handling — with an automated, auditable system. Built on NestJS with a modular architecture, role-based access control, Redis-backed caching and queued background jobs for notifications and scheduled reports.

Social platform backend — feeds, reels, and real-time calling
A full-featured social media platform where I worked on the backend. Built the NestJS services and PostgreSQL data model behind posts, reels, feeds, follows, and engagement, integrated Agora for one-to-one and group voice and video calling, and implemented an HLS transcoding and delivery pipeline so reels and uploaded video stream adaptively across network conditions.
DJ Shipping
Marketing site for a 25-year-old freight forwarding firm
The frontend for a licensed Pakistani freight forwarding and customs clearance company operating since 1999. Built in Next.js around a custom Tailwind design system — branded colour and type tokens, fluid clamp-based typography, and a three-typeface pairing loaded through next/font. Content is server-rendered for search visibility, sections reveal on scroll, and the primary quote CTA routes straight to WhatsApp to match how the business actually takes enquiries.
Zarrat Revolution
Flutter agriculture app putting crop guidance in farmers' hands
A mobile app built for farmers, bringing crop guidance, field record-keeping, and market information into a single interface designed for low-literacy, low-connectivity use. Built with Flutter and Dart on a Firebase backend — Firestore for data, Authentication for accounts, Storage for crop imagery, and Cloud Messaging for timely advisories.
